Your TouchFix account remains available through the familiar customer portal. There you can find your invoices, deliveries, and RMAs for previous TouchFix orders.

How do warranty and RMA work after 12 September?
All previous TouchFix orders will continue to be handled by TouchFix even after 12 September. New orders placed with MobileSentrix must be submitted to MobileSentrix. View the MobileSentrix RMA policy...

Where can I submit an RMA for an old TouchFix order?
Submit your RMA through the TouchFix customer portal. Clearly include the original TouchFix order number.

Where can I submit an RMA for a MobileSentrix order?
Log in at mobilesentrix.eu and follow the RMA instructions in your account, or contact the MobileSentrix Europe support team.

What happens to outstanding TouchFix invoices?
They remain as agreed. Pay them to TouchFix using the existing payment details and terms.

Do I keep my pricing agreements and terms?

How fast is delivery?
Orders placed on time are shipped the same working day. Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium is often next working day. For other EU countries, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

Which payment methods can I use at MobileSentrix Europe?
Use the payment options available in the webshop. Bank transfer details for business payments are shown on your order confirmation and invoice.

Can I still order via TouchFix if I am missing something on MobileSentrix?
No. After 12 September you order via mobilesentrix.eu. Missing something? Let us know. We will help you with an alternative or add the product where possible.
